Your heating and cooling equipment consists of a Trane split gas system. A split gas system includes a gas furnace & evaporator coil (attic or crawl) and the air conditioner (outside). You will have THREE pieces of equipment to register PER SYSTEM.
Our company, Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, installed the equipment in your home. We provide at least a one-year labor warranty (depends on your builder) to cover system failures. Trane, the equipment manufacturer, provides a five-year limited parts warranty on your equipment. All coverage begins on your date of closing.
EXTEND YOUR PARTS COVERAGE – FREE!
With Trane, you can extend the manufacturer's parts warranty for an additional five years (ten years total).
Registration MUST be completed within 60 days of your closing. Gather your model/serial numbers from your equipment and register them on the Trane website. Your closing date is the installation date.
Helms Heating & Air Conditioning and your Builder are not liable if your registration is incomplete, incorrect, or not completed in the time allotted.
