Chris, Morrison, Steve, and Garrett Helms (2007)
Helms Fabricating, a small metal fabrication shop, began as the vision of Morrison Helms in 1979. Although small, he established the company's missions - providing the highest in quality workmanship at competitive prices. In 1986, Morrison's son Steve joined the company and successfully built the Residential New Construction department. In a short period of time, Helms became one of the largest heating and air conditioning companies in the Charlotte area, never sacrificing their quality. In 1997, Steve's son Chris Helms came to work to fill the void left by his grandfather's retirement.

Although it has been four decades since the birth of Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, Chris and Julie continue to instill the emphasis on quality craftsmanship to their team. With their enthusiasm strong and ethics old-fashioned, they persist to offer the best in quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction. On every level, they strive to maintain a reputation built on trust, integrity, and a sense of family.
