TERMS & CONDITIONS:
THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT GUARANTEES THAT, IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN, YOU WILL RECEIVE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFYING US. THE AGREEMENT IS NOT A WARRANTY FOR YOUR SYSTEM(S). WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BREAK DOWN WHILE THE AGREEMENT IS IN EFFECT. PRE-SEASON CLEAN & CHECKS WILL BE FORFEITED IF NOT USED OR SCHEDULED BY THE END OF THE AGREEMENT PERIOD. ALTHOUGH WE CAN PROVIDE AND/OR REPLACE FILTERS, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE THEM AS NEEDED. THIS AGREEMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SELL YOUR HOME, THE AGREEMENT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW HOMEOWNER OR TO YOUR NEW RESIDENCE IF LOCATED WITHIN OUR SERVICE AREA.
